Jiugao International Trading - A fraudlent company on Alibaba ripping-off would be buyers from around the world. They provide customers price sheets on over 6,500 items. When a customer places an order, they send the customer bank wire information. Once the customer wires the funds to their bank, Jiugao International Trading sends the customer a bogus mail confirmation number. After waiting severals days and the customer does not receive the items, Jiugao International Trading stops responding to emails. If the customer was contacting Jiugao International Trading through Alibaba's Trade Manager, then Jiugao International Trading blocks the customer's name. Unfortunately, Alibaba has done nothing to help ripped - off customers.
